  • The service includes one static IP address; additional addresses (at extra cost) available on request.
  • Upgrading within a speed range (ie from 0.5/1/1.5 Mbps to 1/1.5/2 Mbps; or from 3 Mbps to 4 Mbps) involves a $50 once-off charge.
  • Upgrading beyond a speed range (ie from 0.5/1/1.5/2 Mbps to 3 or 4 Mbps), involves either a $1,000 once-off charge (with 12 month contract renewal); or no charge (with 24 month contract renewal).
  • Speed downgrades within speed range (ie from 1/1.5/2 Mbps to 0.5/1/1.5 Mbps; or from 4 Mbps to 3 Mbps), are not permitted until the end of the initial contract term. After the initial contract term, the charge is $50 once-off.
  • Speed downgrades beyond speed range (ie from 3 or 4 Mbps; to 0.5/1/1.5/2 Mbps), are not permitted until the end of the initial contract term. After the initial contract term, the once-off charge is either $1,000 (with 12 month contract renewal); or no charge (with 24 month contract renewal).
  • Class of Service Change (eg from 'Business' to 'Corporate') involves either a $1,000 once-off charge (with 12 month contract renewal); or no charge (with 24 month contract renewal).
  • There is no charge for change of usage plan (i.e. Standard to Premium).
  • A standard service installation timeframe of 25 working days is required.
