Installation:

ADSL2+ Extend can take approximately 5-10 working days to provision.
There is currently no process for migration between ADSL1 and ADSL2+ Extend. If you wish to migrate from ADSL1 to ADSL2+ you must disconnect your current ADSL1 service.
If you cancel your service within the first 12 months, a $99 termination fee applies.
If you cancel your service within 12 to 24 months, a $49 termination fee applies.
If you cancel your service after 24 months, there is no termination fee.
