aaNet plans provide a single quota that can be used anytime, day or night. During the off-peak period between 2am and 10am your quota usage is 'discounted'.

During the off-peak period, aaNet will only count 50% of whatever you download, meaning a 10GB download during the off-peak period will only show up as 5GB of your quota used.

Data is billed only one way, either up or down which ever is the greater.
