aaNet plans provide a single quota that can be used anytime, day or night. During the off-peak period between 1am and 9am your quota usage is 'discounted'.

During the off-peak period, aaNet will only count 33% of whatever you download, meaning a 12GB download during the off-peak period will only show up as 4GB of your quota used.

Data is billed only one way, either up or down which ever is the greater.

When a 12 month contract option is selected, and the service is canceled before 12 months has elapsed, the remaining monthly fees must be paid, capped at a maximum of $200.

If the No-Contract option is selected, there will no early termination fee.

The Telephone service provided is not under any contract and can be transferred away at any time.
