    • The availability referred to corresponds to the Optus Mobile 3G/HSDPA network where the service can obtain broadband speeds.
    • Where the Optus Mobile 3G/HSDPA network is unavailable Optus Wireless Broadband will use the Optus GSM network for coverage, at slower GPRS data rates.
    • The Optus Coverage Satisfaction Guarantee applies to this service which allows a customer for up to 30 days from the date of activation of your service to call Optus Customer Care and they are free to leave. No Optus cancellation fees apply, however data used and access fee/s for the period the service was used for will be payable. The customer will also be required to return the Optus supplied wireless data modem to Optus within 14 days to avoid having equipment charges applied. Cancellation fees will apply outside this Coverage Satisfaction Guarantee. Optus Coverage Satisfaction Guarantee is only available to the Optus GSM and 3G/HSDPA Networks. It does not apply to use of the service via an InZone modem away from your nominated address. Optus Coverage Satisfaction Guarantee is a special promotion valid until 31 June 2008 unless withdrawn earlier.

      • A 9.95 delivery fee for hardware is included in the setup cost.
      • If you select a 'yes' Wireless 1GB, 2GB or 6GB plan for 24months, you are eligible for a bundling reward of 4 months free internet access. Free months are equal to the selected plan's monthly access fee and will be applied after activation as a credit on your 1st full billing month and in months 4, 7 and 10 and are non-recurring. Initial credit may not appear until your second bill.
      • If you cancel your service before the end of the agreed contract term you may incur a cancellation fee as follows: If you are connected on a 12 month contract and the service is cancelled: 0-6 months fixed cancellation fee of $75, 7-9, 70% and 10-12, 40% of the cancellation fee. If you are connected on a 24 month contract and the service is cancelled: 0-12 months fixed cancellation fee of $75, 13-15 80%, 16-18 60%, 19-21 40% and 22-24 20% of the cancellation fee.
