  • (bundle) refers to prices offered when customers choose to take more than one Optus product.
  • For 'yes' Fusion plans once you have exceeded your monthly download limit and the 2GB excess quota (charged at 15c per Megabyte), the speed of your service will be slowed to around 64kbps (kilobits per second) for 'yes' Fusion 2GB and 'yes' Fusion 7GB plans or 128kbps on 'yes' Fusion 20GB plan for the remainder of the month.
  • For all other plans, if you exceed your monthly download limit, the speed of your service will be slowed to around 64kbps (kilobits per second) or 128kbps depending on your plan for the remainder of the month.
The bundled phone component of 'yes' Fusion plans include the following:
  • Line rental
  • Unlimited standard local calls
  • Unlimited standard national long distance
  • Unlimited calls to Optus GSM mobiles
Note that International calls, calls to CDMA mobiles and various other services are not included in the fixed price and will be charged at standard Optus rates. The Optus 'Fair Go' policy also applies.

Termination of the OptusNet Cable service before the end of the Initial Agreement Period incurs a $300 pro rata cancellation fee and for "bundle" products this may also include a $149 pro-rata fee for Optus Home Phone. Cancellation fees for bundled Optus Mobile phone plans will vary as per the mobile plan.
  • All customers who bundle with either Optus Home Phone or eligible Optus Mobile or Optus TV featuring FOXTEL Digital on a 12 month agreement will be eligible to receive 1 Free Month Broadband Access.
  • All customers who bundle with either Optus Home Phone or eligible Optus Mobile or Optus TV featuring FOXTEL Digital on a 24 month agreement will be eligible to receive 4 Free Months Broadband Access.
  • Free months will be applied after activation as a credit on your 1st full billing month and in months 4, 7 and 10 thereafter if applicable and are non-recurring.
  • $30 online sign up bonus available to new residential Optus Broadband customers who sign up online. Applied as a credit to your broadband bill in the first 3 months.
  • If you choose the 'yes' Fusion 20GB plan and move to another plan or cancel within 3 months, you will also incur a $140 hardware fee.
