apply to Home 2+ Starter plans.
- All plans are flat rate by default (excluding Starter plans).
- Customers can switch off the flat rate functionality for their plan free of charge via the Netspace website after their account has been activated.
- When the monthly limit is reached, access to sites not included in the free access list are speed restricted
to normal dial up speed until the start of the next billing cycle unless the flat rate option has been turned off, in which case excess usage is charged at 9c/meg.
- For plans with peak/off-peak allocations, shaping will only occur to the allocation in which the limit has been exceeded.
- Unless otherwise stated peak time is from 7am to midnight, Monday to Sunday - off-peak time is midnight to 7am Monday to Sunday.
- ++ Peak time on these plans is from 10am to 3am, Monday to Sunday - off-peak time is 3am to 10am Monday to Sunday. These plans are only available on 24 month agreement terms.
